Responsibilities
- Plan and execute CRM campaigns across Casino and Sportsbook verticals via email, SMS, and push notifications
- Manage promotional calendars including bonus campaigns, free bets, tournaments, and gamification
- Support full player lifecycle activities including acquisition, retention, and reactivation
- Build advanced customer segmentation strategies based on behavioral and transactional data
- Design and execute A/B tests to optimize engagement and conversion metrics
- Monitor daily campaign performance and track key CRM KPIs such as GGR impact and ARPU
- Collaborate with Product teams on new GEO launches and feature rollouts
- Work hands‑on with CRM automation tools like Optimove, Smartico, or Customer.io
