Role and Responsibilities
Lead CRM database reengagement initiatives focused on loyalty and customer lifecycle optimization.Support and deliver flagship CRM campaigns, including performance tracking and reporting.Provide general reporting support across CRM activities, ensuring data accuracy and actionable insights.Plan, set up and update automated trigger campaigns (e.g., ABB, Welcome).Manage database recovery campaigns across CEJ, Sustain, Churn, and Trigger segments.Develop and execute strategies for dormant base reactivation and opt-out audiences (one-time contact activities).Support Members App activities, including community management, offers, push notifications, content section planning, banners, Stars program and engagement flows.Assess and contribute to potential SOW expansions where rel...
