Position Summary

Samsung Electronics Ukraine is opening the vacancy of CRM Loyalty Manager in Kyiv.

Role and Responsibilities

  • Lead CRM database reengagement initiatives focused on loyalty and customer lifecycle optimization.
  • Support and deliver flagship CRM campaigns, including performance tracking and reporting.
  • Provide general reporting support across CRM activities, ensuring data accuracy and actionable insights.
  • Plan, set up and update automated trigger campaigns (e.g., ABB, Welcome).
  • Manage database recovery campaigns across CEJ, Sustain, Churn, and Trigger segments.
  • Develop and execute strategies for dormant base reactivation and opt-out audiences (one-time contact activities).
  • Support Members App activities, including community management, offers, push notifications, content section planning, banners, Stars program and engagement flows.
