About the team
The CRM customer lifecycle manager will help grow our customer engagement and acquisition through our owned channels (email, app engagement, referral, loyalty / promos, etc.)
What you will do
- Define life‑cycle strategy and devise tactics in line with strategy
- Create customer journey flows and activate campaigns in MoEngage, followed by reporting and communicating results to stakeholders
- Work with the creative team to plan asset delivery for campaigns
- Collaborate with Data teams to build out long‑term reporting for CRM campaigns and experiments
- Build and execute an experimentation pipeline, iterate and enshrine tests as appropriate
Your profile
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing or a quantitative field required
- 5+ years of experience in CRM / Customer Engagement Marketing / Lifecycle Marketing
