The Trading Pit is scaling a global multi-asset trading ecosystem across prop trading and brokerage. We are hiring a CRM & Lifecycle Marketing Manager to own the full customer lifecycle architecture.
You will design and execute automated journeys that increase activation, accelerate time-to-purchase, improve retention, and maximize customer lifetime value across a high-volume retail trading funnel.
This role combines strategy, hands-on execution, and measurable revenue impact.
What You’ll Own- Own the CRM strategy, driving activation, retention, and customer value through automated journeys and segmentation. Full ownership of HubSpot automation architecture (workflows, properties, lifecycle stages, lead scoring)
