General description of position/area of responsibility
Your primary responsibility as a CRM specialist is to serve as a functional consultant for business operations (Academy, Support, Marketing, Operations and Sales) for 3Shape North America. A successful candidate demonstrates strong technical and analytical background, excellent problem‑solving skills, experience with CRM configuration, and the ability to communicate effectively across various teams. Key to this role is to establish an effective collaboration with system owners and development teams in 3Shape Headquarters in Denmark, Poland and Ukraine.
Education
Relevant bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Engineering, business administration, marketing or similar.
Competences needed
Professional
- Proven work experience as CRM Functional Consultant or similar roles for at least 2 years.
- 2+ years of CRM Microsoft Dynamics 365 administration experience.
