We are looking for a data-driven, curious, and detail-oriented CRM Data Analyst to join our CRM team. In this role, you will bridge the gap between data and strategy, helping us manage our database marketing (DBM) efforts and measure the impact of our CRM campaigns.

In this role, you'll be...
- Database Management (DBM): Assist in managing, cleaning, and segmenting our customer database to ensure high data quality and precise audience targeting for CRM campaigns.
- Campaign Performance Tracking: Monitor, analyze, and report on the results of CRM channels (Inapp communications, Email, Push Notifications, SMS, WhatsApp) using key metrics like Open Rate, CTR, Conversion Rate, and ROI.
