The roleYou build Chabé's CRM strategy from scratch — tools, segmentation, journeys — in a demanding, high-end and international context, with a clear focus on retaining, developing and maximising the lifetime value of our B2B and B2C clients.
Key responsibilities- Define the CRM strategy: segmentation, scoring, client lifecycle management and journey automation
