What You’ll Do:
- Support the execution of CRM campaigns across email (eDM), SMS, pop-ups, and web channels to drive engagement and sales. Build these and cross check details, logos, pricing, imagery, product titles, products, skus and timing/SOH for each eDM tile and flow.
- Assist in building and scheduling email campaigns, including templating, QA, and deployment within CRM platforms (e.g. Emarsys).
- Support the implementation, creation and maintenance of automated customer journeys and lifecycle flows.
- Assist with customer segmentation, including building and updating audience lists based on behaviour, purchase history, and lifecycle stage.
