Requirements
Must have
- Strong hands‑on experience across multiple CRMs and field‑service platforms, with home‑services experience preferred (e.g., ServiceTitan, Housecall Pro, Jobber, or similar systems).
- Solid understanding of sales pipelines, including design and management of stages in a Kanban‑style layout.
- Strong automation capability with tools such as Zapier or Make.com, plus webhooks and API integrations.
- Ability to learn a new no‑code AI platform quickly; our Blocks.diy environment is conversational and fast to pick up.
- Clear communication skills to document processes and train non‑technical team members.
- Local to Barrie or the GTA to work onsite with our team.
- Availability to start immediately.
- Bonus experience: voice AI work with Vapi or a RevOps / sales‑ops background.
