Critical Care Respiratory Therapist Needed

Deliver exceptional respiratory care as a Critical Care Respiratory Therapist. Engage in intensive patient management across various units, from Trauma Rooms to ICUs.

The Registered Respiratory Therapist reports directly to the Manager of Respiratory Therapy and operates in a collaborative interprofessional model. You will be responsible for airway management, ventilation strategies, and teaching students. Prior critical care experience is necessary to navigate this fast-paced role effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee ventilation management and patient weaning
• Act in Code Teams and Rapid Response roles
• Conduct intubations and tracheostomy interventions
• Ensure effective respiratory care delivery at all times
• Guide and evaluate students under your supervision
