Lead the Crisis24 Academy as their Product Owner for the Learning Management System (LMS) in Montréal. Ensure operational efficiency and enhance user experience for all learners and administrators.
This hybrid role in the Corporate Operations and Administration unit involves daily management of the LMS, addressing business and compliance training needs, and supporting continuous improvements. You will collaborate with various stakeholders to maintain system accuracy and resolve issues efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee daily operations and usability of the LMS
• Manage user roles, course setups, and learning paths
• Provide end-to-end support for employees and instructors
• Track and analyze LMS support tickets for improvements
• Ensure accurate tracking and reporting of learner data
Requirements:
• Experience with LMS management (e.g., Absorb, Docebo)
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Attention to detail in data accuracy
