Crisis Response Team Lead - KAFS

Lead the innovative Crisis Response, Community Led program at Kamloops Aboriginal Friendship Society (KAFS). This role requires strong leadership in providing culturally safe mental health support to the community.
As the CRCL Team Lead, you will deliver comprehensive crisis response services while ensuring a supportive atmosphere for your team. You'll oversee daily operations, conduct check-ins, and provide essential coaching to Responders. Your hands-on approach will foster an environment of emotional wellness and continuous professional development.
