Responsibilities
- Coordinate crew deployment schedules and ensure timely crew changes in line with vessel operational needs
- Maintain accurate seafarer records, certificates, and contracts using Danaos crewing software
- Liaise with manning agents, shipowners, and flag states to support smooth crew transitions
- Process crew payroll, allotments, and claims through the company's payroll system
- Track certificate validity and proactively manage renewal timelines for all crew members
- Oversee crew welfare matters, including medical cases, repatriation, and insurance claims
- Prepare sign-on and sign-off documentation in compliance with port and immigration requirements
