Overview
The Crew Scheduling Coordinator is responsible for coordinating and scheduling freelance crew positions for events in a timely and cost-effective manner. They may also be involved in long‑term master planning of events. This position delivers a high level of efficient and timely client service, communication and responsiveness to all internal and external clients/partners.
