About the role:
As a Crew Rostering Officer, you’ll play a key role in creating and maintaining efficient rosters for operational staff, ensuring compliance, safety, and service delivery across multiple Aurizon locations.
- Prepare and manage efficient rosters, including leave rosters, for Operational Staff including Locomotive Drivers and Terminal Staff in line with rostering principles and relevant Enterprise Agreements
- Ensure compliance with the Rail Safety Management System, including fatigue risk management and operational readiness
- Support crew efficiency through proactive rostering and use of the Crew Rostering Model
