The Crew Pay Analyst is the definitive source of knowledge, or expertise in Crew Pay. The Crew Pay Analyst is responsible to analyze Air Canada Mainline, and Rouge pay in accordance with the CUPE Collective Agreements and provide analytical support to conduct a variety of statistical activities. This role is also responsible for addressing and resolving pay inquiries and discrepancies raised by crew members, and identifying potential system or data errors impacting pay. This role supports accurate and compliant crew pay, coordination for pay‑impacting changes, and collaboration with Payroll on retroactive payments or adjustments.
