Mission

Ensure that all flights operated by Vueling are adequately staffed with the required crew members, in compliance with current aviation regulations and applicable collective agreements. The role is responsible for supporting daily crew operations, resolving routine crew-related issues, and ensuring that every flight departs legally, safely, and with the minimum required crew, avoiding delays and cancellations whenever possible.

Tasks & Responsibilities

• Provide support to cabin crew and pilots via phone and email, resolving routine operational issues efficiently.
• Manage and record sickness reports and crew absences to ensure adequate crew coverage for scheduled flights.
• Monitor and ensure that all flights have the required crew members assigned for Day-0 operations.
