Crew Control AgentAs a Crew Control Agent, you’ll be at the center of our day‑to‑day operations, ensuring that every flight is properly staffed and ready to depart on time.
Responsibilities
Ensure crew resources are managed efficiently and cost‑effectively, complying with regulatory and company standards.
Prioritize safety and punctuality in all crewing decisions.
Guarantee that all crew duties adhere to the approved FTL scheme.
Explain roster changes to crews in a caring and empathetic way.
Serve as the point of contact for crews regarding last‑minute needs. Communicate by phone or email to resolve questions and concerns.
Maintain a standby crew roster to cover available aircraft in accordance with the Standby Crew policy.
Manage crew absences and leaves.
Liaise with ticketing to arrange positioning duty travel and accommodation for crews traveling.
Qualifications
Studies in Aeronautical Management, Cabin Crew, or related field.
