Crew Control Agent
As a Crew Control Agent, you’ll be at the center of our day‑to‑day operations, ensuring that every flight is properly staffed and ready to depart on time.
Responsibilities
- Ensure crew resources are managed efficiently and cost‑effectively, complying with regulatory and company standards.
- Prioritize safety and punctuality in all crewing decisions.
- Guarantee that all crew duties adhere to the approved FTL scheme.
- Explain roster changes to crews in a caring and empathetic way.
- Serve as the point of contact for crews regarding last‑minute needs. Communicate by phone or email to resolve questions and concerns.
- Maintain a standby crew roster to cover available aircraft in accordance with the Standby Crew policy.
- Manage crew absences and leaves.
- Liaise with ticketing to arrange positioning duty travel and accommodation for crews traveling.
