Red Ember Recruitment is recruiting for a Creditors Clerk for our client in Cape Town to join their finance team and play a key role in managing supplierpayments and maintaining accurate financial records.
Key Responsibilities
- Capture and process supplierinvoices accurately and on time
- Match purchase orders, deliverynotes, and invoices
- Reconcile supplier statements and resolve discrepancies
- Prepare payment runs in line with supplier terms
- Maintain the creditors ledger and ensure accuracy at all times
- Respond to supplier queries promptly and professionally
- Assist with month-end close and accounts payable reporting
