The Credit Risk Analyst will be a key member of the Structured Loans Department, which is dedicated to building and maintaining a strong performing portfolio of loans to SMEs and Real Estate companies across Europe.

Primary Responsibilities
After sourcing of a deal opportunity by Origination team, the Credit team shall:
- Analyse, prepare and present credit cases to the Credit team and to the Credit Committee
- Support and interact with the Credit and Sales teams in the analysis of new deal opportunities
- Take an active role and participate in negotiations and in borrower relationships
- Review loan documentation together with the legal team
- Draft term sheets and engagement letters
