The Credit Risk Analyst will be a key member of the Structured Loans Department, which is dedicated to building and maintaining a strong performing portfolio of loans to SMEs and Real Estate companies across Europe.Primary ResponsibilitiesAfter sourcing of a deal opportunity by Origination team, the Credit team shall:- Analyse, prepare and present credit cases to the Credit team and to the Credit Committee- Support and interact with the Credit and Sales teams in the analysis of new deal opportunities- Take an active role and participate in negotiations and in borrower relationships- Review loan documentation together with the legal team- Draft term sheets and engagement letters- Anticipate any credit deterioration through active monitoring of borrowers using digital technology- Participate in the portfolio and borrower companies monitoringProfile required- Degree in Finance, Economics or Business Administration- Minimum 8-10 years of experience in a similar role at a bank or private de...
