- Support the development and execution of credit innovation initiatives aligned to business and customer strategy.
- Analyse customer, operational, and credit performance data to identify improvement and innovation opportunities.
- Monitor product and process performance to identify optimisation opportunities and support continuous improvement initiatives.
- Perform advanced data analysis on customer behaviour, product performance, and credit risk metrics.
- Develop dashboards, reports, and visualisations to support product development and strategic decision-making.
- Identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in credit data to inform product enhancements and innovation opportunities.
- Conduct market research, competitor benchmarking, and customer analysis.
