About Our Client

Our client is based in Southampton, and due to a busy period and various ongoing projects, the finance team is looking for additional support.

Job Description

Manage credit control processes, including monitoring and chasing outstanding payments.

Maintain accurate records of financial transactions and customer interactions.

Prepare detailed reports on account statuses and outstanding debts.

Collaborate with internal teams to resolve payment discrepancies effectively.

Ensure compliance with organisational policies and industry regulations.

Provide excellent customer service to clients and stakeholders.

Assist in the development and implementation of credit policies and procedures.

Support the Accounting & Finance department with ad hoc tasks as required.
