About the role

As a Credit Controller (Level I), you will promptly collect payments, maintain the accounts receivable (AR) ledger for a defined portfolio of standard‑risk clients, and ensure debt collection targets are successfully met. You will manage clients' credit risk and limit exposure to bad debts while ensuring a positive client experience. This position requires effective collaboration with internal stakeholders, routine collections activities, and a proactive approach to keep overdue debt to a minimum.
