A Credit Controller is required to support the finance function. Duties will include: Managing and collecting outstanding debts. Contacting customers regarding overdue accounts. Negotiating payment arrangements. Reviewing customer credit limits and credit ratings. Resolving customer account queries. Maintaining accurate customer records. Preparing statements and reports. Issuing sales invoices. Assisting with year-end audit requirements. Providing general accounting and administrative support as required. Requirements: Minimum 3 year's experience in a credit control or accounts receivable role. Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel. Good attention to detail and organisational skills. Good verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Ability to maintain confidentiality.
