KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assists in preparing and issuing invoices and Statements Of Accounts (SOA).
- Monitors customer accounts and follow up on overdue payments (call or email).
- Posts customer payments and updates accounts receivable records.
- Prepares basic collection and aging reports.
- Communicates with customers and internal items.
- Maintains accurate account files and documentation.
- Performs related administrative tasks are needed.
