Portfolio/Campaign Manager - Credit Cards
Location: Delhi NCR (Gurgaon)
Seeking applicants with experience in Portfolio Management/Optimization in Cards only for a leading multinational company.
Candidates with more than 9 years’ experience need not apply.
Responsibilities:
Portfolio/Campaign Management:
Understand Portfolio current initiatives and priorities agreed upon by Client’s key stakeholders
Create program framework for activation, engagement, retention - identifying focus groups based on product types and customer segments and align definitions with Portfolio & Product teams – and thereby, define target segments
Provide support to create and operationalize the campaign design and delivery framework in conjunction with Client’s cross-functional teams, including assistance in list generation, communication mix design and channel attribution
