Credit and Cash Application Supervisor

Lead and oversee the Credit and Cash Application team to deliver KPIs targets, achieve accurate and timely processing of order release and customer payments in accordance with company policies, procedures, and service level agreements. Drive team performance, compliance, and continuous improvement to support business stakeholders and regional objectives.

About the Role

• Manage credit and cash application team operation (review credit hold decision, customer credit limit, risk assessment, reporting & KPIs target)
• Deliver KPIs results that meet standard targets for GBS+ site
• Manage issue resolution and address issue at root cause
• Lead process improvement initiative that leads to process efficiency and headcount savings
• Demonstrate ability to identify issues in the processes, sense of urgency and escalates them when necessary
