Responsibilities
Creator Recruitment & Pipeline Management: Proactively identify and invite cross-vertical creators to participate in key monetization programs and opportunities.
Own participation volume targets and ensure a healthy, engaged creator pipeline across programs.
Deal Fulfillment Support: Serve as a bridge between creators and service providers during the deal fulfillment cycle — confirming creator interest, communicating advertiser purchase intent, and coordinating backup candidates when fulfillment issues arise.
Escalate follow-ups strategically, prioritizing outreach for creators who remain unresponsive after product-side attempts.
Branded Content Solutions: Explore and develop alternative product mechanisms to complement the programs in partnership with internal product and monetization teams.
