Creator Branded Content Associate (Fixed-Term Contract)

About the Team:Creators are the heart and soul of TikTok. Our team's mission is to facilitate our Creator community's growth and development, drive high-quality content production and increase creator engagement and product adoption through brand opportunities and education programs. We are looking for a Creator Branded Content Associate on a temporary basis to cover a project. Key Responsibilities:
- Creator Recruitment & Pipeline Management: Proactively identify and invite cross-vertical creators to participate in key monetization programs and opportunities. Own participation volume targets and ensure a healthy, engaged creator pipeline across programs.
- Deal Fulfillment Support: Serve as a bridge between creators and service providers during the deal fulfillment cycle — confirming creator interest, communicating advertiser purchase intent, and coordinating backup candidates when fulfillment issues arise.
