Creative Strategy Lead (Rouyn-Noranda)

Overview

We're looking for a Creative Strategy Lead who can both manage and develop a team of creative strategists while staying close to the work themselves. You and your team will craft data‑driven pipelines, briefs, assist with UGC projects, and develop creative strategies that enhance performance for our diverse base of DTC clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Coaching and QA for Creative Strategists, including but not limited to: brief writing, creative analysis, research, reporting, and general problem solving.
• Thought leadership – bringing forward new ideas and ways of working.
• Collaborate with clients and the team to understand brand vision and voice.
• Engage with clients and the team in purposeful and collaborative conversations and pitching new creative hypotheses and concepts.
