Overview
We’re looking for a Creative Strategy Lead who can manage and develop a team while staying close to the work themselves. This leader will craft data‑driven pipelines and creative strategies that enhance performance for a diverse base of DTC clients.
The Role
As the lead strategist on key accounts, you coach a team of 1–3 creative strategists, drive ideation, and collaborate closely with clients and internal teams to deliver research‑based creative pipelines that balance short‑ and long‑term goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Coaching and QA for creative strategists, including brief writing, creative analysis, research, reporting, and problem‑solving.
- Thought leadership—bringing forward new ideas and ways of working.
- Collaborate with clients to understand brand vision and voice.
