The Herbalist is looking for a Creative Strategist to own the thinking behind our paid ads — the angles we test, the hooks we lead with, and the briefs our in‑house designer, video editor and copywriter produce every week.
This is not a traditional 'creative director' role.
We are looking for someone obsessed with:
- Ad angles and hooks
- Why some ads scale and others die
- Consumer psychology
- Testing and iterating fast
- Turning data into better briefs
- Direct‑response creative
We spend R1m+ per month on digital advertising. We want you to take over creative direction of our in‑house team, and own the results.
