. Own budgets, validate agency estimates, and control costs
. Lead pre-production across locations, crew, casting, styling, timelines, and approvals
. Ensure high-quality video output across social, retail, web, launches, and special projects
. Build efficient workflows and communication systems to maintain speed and quality
