Responsibilities
- Manage workload balancing and capacity planning for copywriters, graphic designers, developers, and other creative resources.
- Facilitate communication between stakeholders and Creative Services teams throughout the project lifecycle.
- Create, maintain, and optimize dashboards, reports, calendars, and workflow tools within Workfront.
- Identify opportunities to streamline project management processes through automation and workflow improvements.
- Ensure projects remain on schedule and escape risks, blockers, or resource constraints as needed.
- Support ongoing process documentation, training, and adoption of project management best practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve workflow visibility and project execution.
