Creative Operations Lead, Spain — Growth & Production

Canva is building a world-class growth marketing team in Spain, seeking a Creative Operations Manager to be the operational engine behind the growth creative flywheel. You’ll partner with the Creative Strategist and Head of Marketing to ship high-quality creative every week across Meta, TikTok and YouTube.

You’ll own the end-to-end production pipeline, manage briefs, trafficking, asset hygiene, and vendor relationships, and help the team scale with AI and modern tools while staying on schedule.
