About The Role
We're seeking a Creative Operations Associate — a versatile, design-focused individual who combines creativity with organization and marketing insight. You'll create engaging visuals, manage our digital presence, assist leadership with coordination and research, and help drive sales and marketing efforts.
Responsibilities
- Design high-quality content for social media, marketing campaigns, and presentations
- Manage posting schedules, engagement, and analytics across LinkedIn, Instagram, and other platforms
- Use design and AI tools to create visually consistent, impactful content
- Assist leadership with scheduling, reports, and operational coordination
- Conduct market and lead research to support business development
- Communicate confidently and professionally with international and U.S.-based clients, representing the brand in a polished, client-facing capacity
