We’re looking for a strategic creative who knows how to pull together a team, a concept, and a campaign — someone who can connect the dots across content, design, video, and branding, while keeping everything aligned with real goals and timelines.

This is a hybrid role based in Madrid, with flexibility built in once we’re in sync.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Leading creative direction across content, design, video, and campaign output
  
• Working closely with the design, content, and video teams to keep everything sharp and aligned
  
• Reviewing and improving how we brief, produce, and ship creative work
