Creative director (Monterrey)

We are looking for a visionary Creative Director to join Definity, a leading technology company focused on AI-driven solutions and digital transformation. As we continue expanding our global presence, this role will lead and evolve Definity’s creative ecosystem, ensuring world‑class visual execution aligned with complex consulting and technology initiatives.

This position is onsite in Monterrey, Mexico.

Requirements

• 8+ years of professional experience in design, branding, or creative direction.
• 3+ years in a leadership or Creative Director role.
• Outstanding portfolio demonstrating strong visual judgment, modern aesthetics, and high‑end execution.
• Proven experience integrating Generative AI tools into design workflows (Midjourney, Stable Diffusion, Adobe Firefly, or similar).
• Experience working in consulting firms, professional services, or B2B environments is highly preferred.
