What you'll own
- Define and protect Deconstruct's creative vision across every touchpoint — social, packaging, campaigns, marketplace, performance ads
- Lead and mentor an in-house team of designers, copywriters, and motion artists
- Drive campaign ideation from brief to execution — both brand and performance
