Responsibilities
- Lead the makeover of the firm society, building partnerships with crucial stakeholders, and addressing interior resistance.
- Develop creative ideas outside of standard HR plans to sustain organizational makeover.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to implement human capital strategies aligned with organizational goals.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of Human Resources experience
- HR method and change expertise
- Experience dealing with Federal government stakeholders
- Leadership mindset and ability to work well under pressure
- Fluent written and spoken English; Arabic is vital
- Emiratisation quota requirement (family book requested)
