As the Creative Design Lead, you will be responsible for the overall aesthetic of The MRG Group's brands. This includes mentoring junior designers and executing designs across various mediums, from print to digital to event spaces. Candidates must enjoy variety in projects and possess a strong command of design principles.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee brand and campaign creative for diverse events and venues
• Manage design systems and brand guidelines for consistency
• Create designs for posters, social ads, and environmental graphics
• Launch and maintain websites using Webflow and WordPress
• Present creative concepts and manage feedback for final delivery
Requirements:
• Minimum of 4 years in graphic design
• Mastery in Adobe Creative Suite and familiarity with web builders
