Crankshaft Manufacturing Engineer

Responsibilities

• Lead global powertrain programs (M4-M6 levels) through the GPDS cycle.
• Conduct manufacturing feasibility studies, What-if vignettes, and deep-dive management reviews for both ICE and Electrification programs.
• Develop and maintain robust manufacturing processes using Failure Mode Avoidance tools.
• Deliver critical quality documentation, including PFMEA, Control Plans, SCCAF, and EPM.
• Manage the procurement, design, runoff, and delivery of new or re-tooled equipment.
• Ensure all machinery meets safety, ergonomic, and productivity standards.
• Drive investment efficiency by identifying opportunities for equipment reuse.
• Interface with Product Engineering to determine manufacturing feasibility and support Component Program Module Teams (CPMT).
