CPU Test & Yield Optimization Engineer

PVH (Tommy Hilfiger/Calvin Klein) is seeking an experienced CPU test engineer to support CPU testing and mass production of advanced hardware. You will help optimize test programs, improve yield, and enable rapid ramp-up in production.

Collaborating with Design, DFT, DV and TE teams, you will simulate test cases and assist with (mini) ATE bring-up to ensure robust, cost-efficient test coverage. Requires a Bachelor's or Master’s in Electrical or Computer Engineering and at least 3 years of CPU
