What You’ll Do For Us

• Serve as a member of the plant Leadership Team and act as a key player in driving the transformation of CPS owning and optimizing the QSE team’s engagement. Ensure QSE goal/priority are adequately integrated in the annual business plan process, and CAPEX process if needed.
• Build and maintain a worldwide network within the Company with a broad culture diversity. This includes other concentrate plants around the world, Corporate QSE, CPS QSE function, Operating Unit, our Bottlers and Suppliers.
• Support the Transformation initiatives aligned with CPS and drive change and continuous improvement in QSE processes.
• Provide strategic leadership and collaborate with stakeholders, ensuring the implementation of global safety strategy, effective risk management, and regulatory compliance. Continuously cultivate a culture of safety across the organization.
