The CPFR Planner guarantees that final product availability is in the right quantity, place and time throughout statistical analysis, coordinating the collaborative aspects of planning, forecasting and replenishment processes in order to meet shoppers demand, allowing both Niagara and the Customer to maximize sales and profit. All collaboration actions must be aligned to customer’s Logistics metrics.
