Covenant House Youth Worker – Onsite Role

Covenant House is looking for a dedicated Youth Worker to provide essential support and care for youth in need. This full-time role requires a trauma-informed approach to engage with clients effectively.
As part of the Resident Services Department, this Youth Worker position involves working directly with youth during day and evening shifts. You will assess individual needs, create tailored action plans, and monitor daily activities. Collaborating with case managers and other resources, you will enhance the well-being of a caseload that includes up to 10 youth.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assess and address the needs of youth in crisis
• Assist in the development of personalized plans
• Facilitate engaging activities and skill-building sessions
• Manage daily routines, including meals and safety checks
