Role Overview
We are looking for a detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to support the creation, setup, and management of online courses using platforms such as Kajabi and Thinkific. The VA will assist in organizing course content, uploading materials, and ensuring a smooth user experience for learners.
Key Responsibilities
- Set up and structure online courses in Kajabi and/or Thinkific
- Upload and organize course materials (videos, PDFs, modules, lessons)
- Assist in course creation workflows (formatting, sequencing, publishing)
- Support course selling setup (landing pages, offers, pricing, basic funnels)
- Ensure all content is properly formatted and functional
- Perform basic testing to ensure a smooth student experience
