Job Responsibilities

• Pick up and deliver : Collect items from the sender and deliver them to the recipient
• Follow schedules : Adhere to delivery schedules and routes
• Ensure quality : Ensure items are delivered in good condition and meet transportation requirements
• Provide customer service : Answer questions and provide a good customer experience
• Maintain records : Keep accurate delivery records and report any issues
• Follow safety regulations : Comply with all relevant traffic and safety regulations
• Handle payments : Accept payments for items and request signatures from recipients
• Coordinate with dispatch : Work with dispatch to get to the right locations and track orders
